That is so great! I remember when I couldn't walk to the mailbox. And the first time I walked a mile I felt such HOPE again! It is good to remember that. Now I don't think twice about any kind or length or activity. Such freedom. Remember this accomplishment. I was there a year ago (still preop). Now I'm 150+ pounds lighter
