My husband swears by DDP Yoga (and he has had success)...its a DVD collection but I believe they have an app too. It's yoga and dynamic resistance (using your own body but not weights).

He bought the DVD set and uses it at least 5-6 days a week-even if he does the wake up portion to stretch out.

I would recommend u tube. even yogo will strengthen your muscles using your body weight as the weights. my fav is yoga by adrienne and it is FREE!!

there is also free videos for weight training using body weight

I LOVE P90X for those stay at home days. I would get the bands ( that weigh next to nothing) and use that if the exercise is weights. A lot of it you will be using your oen body weight.

I love 21-day-fix which is part of the beachbody company. So is PX90 someone else mentioned.

21day fix is only 30 minutes a day- 7 organized routines to work your way through the week, and they show you with weights or resistance bands.

You can buy the dvds or they now have a subscription service for $99 a year and you can access all their routines.
