Good morning, everybody!

My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach last night. Me and Marilyn each ordered a pizza and we also ordered a side order of meatballs to split. I ended up having 2 beers, three small pieces of pizza and one bite of meatball. We have plenty of leftovers for tonight. Rock and Roll Bingo was fun and they had Dabbers that they passed out to each table! The first half was mostly post 2000 (songs that I knew but didn't know the names of mostly) and the second half was older (pretty good with those). Someone at our table had an app that could tell what song was playing.

After dinner they brought out cotton candy. I was very careful with that because it's just liquid sugar. But I have a cotton candy picture for tomorrow. My actual birthday is Sunday.

The rain held off, so we were able to get out and run yesterday: 5 minute run/i minute rest, 4 minute run/1 minute rest, 3 minute run/1 minute rest, 2 minute run/1 minute rest, 1 minute run. I got 2400 meters, which when ignoring the rest time works out to a 31 minute 5K. When I was running, my goal was to get under 30 minutes, so I have a way to go before the triathlon.

Today is a rest day, so just work, some online errands, and watching Poirot tonight.

QOTD: Lots of good ideas so far. Our kids love their Nintendo Switches. With that said, do I actually know what a Nintendo Switch is, where you would obtain one, or how much they cost? Nope

Breakfast: bagel

Lunch: Catered

Dinner: Pizza

Have a great day, all!

Yes, 58. Yikes. We are kind of celebrating in 2 weeks with a cooking class and day of fly fishing.

Good morning ~ Best of luck today! Coffee is what gets me out of bed everyday. I make a cup before feeding the fur babes or getting on the treadmill. Priorities, ya know? Work is going really well. I'm staying on top of everything so I have time to train staff and learn new things myself has been great. Today I am researching a new project and staying caught up. Otherwise, things are smooth right now.

QOTD - Sing it with me - Money, money, money... MONEY!!

Accountability - great, but ate way too many extra bites of delicious crispy potatoes for dinner - so damn good. 179.2 today! Day 4 of treadmill done, exercise habit forming. I'm thrilled that I've come this far because honestly, it's just easier to do nothing! But I feel better physically and mentally doing something, no matter how small.

B- coffee, L&F yogurt, strawberries, protein granola

l - chicken w/chopped salad and chipotle dressing

d - leftover crispy potatoes, pork chop w/a fried egg,

s- cucumbers and tomatoes
