Hi Marcy! I totally agree with you about salads!! I also love salads and have been having one just about everyday sometimes, 2 times a day. I did try romaine, but I do agree that baby spinach is easier to chew and probably easier on our new little pouch! I've even made up my own dressing just so that I know exactly what is in it. It consists of balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard (Grey Poupon) and extra virgin olive oil. Just whisk it all together until it sort of thickens up. Yum, delicious! I had my lap rny on January 10th so we are just at about the same spot as far as postop. Aloha, Pat from Hawaii

Marcy - I do hope all is well and your recovery time has been quick. I want to thank you for your words of encouragement on my upcoming surgery, because they do mean so much. You have not posted since your surgery so I am worried, but prayerful that everything is going fine. I will keep you in my prayers...God Bless
