Ken, while I'm still pre-op, I almost know what you're talking about . . . the thoughts of never again eating Godiva and all those wonderful things that have been my companion for the past 40 years . . . but, on the other hand, all those wonderful things have been responsible for making my back scream at me, my knees hurt, and my lungs wheeze on the slightest exertion. continued good luck on your journey.
