Hi Pam, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. I always say the week before surgery was harder than the week after. Nerves can do that to you. Keep it postive. That means only positive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. All the best,

HAPPY ST. PATTY'S DAY TO YA! I have Some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another....observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense.***You will find this to be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself and your family. I know I did.
