Jessica: Wishing you the best as you begin your journey! We'll all be thinking of you (and your Mom - hope she's OK - and that you're back on track with your scheduled surgery date). Our strength is your strength. We both have the same surgeon - Dr. Hixson although my consult with him isn't until 6/12. I've never heard anyone say anything negative about him; in fact, at a recent doctor's appt. in Saranac Lake, Dr. Thomashow's nurse said to me that "I'll be in excellent hands with Dr. Hixson."
