I just thought I would drop by to say that I wish you well on your upcoming surgery. You will do fine! I am about 3 weeks post-op and have lost over 30 pounds! Keep your sights focused on what you are doing this for and the beautiful, healthier, thinner you you will become in a short time! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me or anyone else. We are all here to cheer you on and help you. It is not an easy journey, but with support, it makes it easier to handle! Take care and may God bless you and let you have a swift, pain-free recovery!

Good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. Keep your focus on healing. Make sure you walk, and keep up your breathing exercise. YOU CAN DO THIS! See you on the other side.

Anne, Enjoy this your last weekend before surgery! I share this time with you as my surgery is this week too! :-) I will be sharing your time with you as you do those last details to prepare. Hi Anne, I just wanted to let you know you are in the best of hands with Dr.Simonowitz. He did my surgery June 17,2002. I'm doing great. Have a postitive attitude and get up and walk at the hospital. Do everything he tells you and you to will do great. The hardest part is the mind set everything else comes with exercise and water intake. Angels will be with you, best wishes
