Dawn, welcome to the losing side!!! I hope all is going well with you and your weight loss. You can do it, just hang in there and the pounds will just fall off of you. My husband started out at 450, had his open rny in Oct 2001 and has lost 215 lbs. I had my surgery in June 2001 and have lost 110 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just believe in yourself and you will be successful. You will have some ups and some downs, but the ups will outweigh the downs, believe me. You know that you have to change the way you live and think now. You can't go back to eating the way you used to. It can be rough but the rewards are so worth all of it. We find that if we keep all the bad foods out of our house it makes it easier. We can't possibly get up in the middle of the night and snack on some forbidden goodie. If we snack at all it is on a piece of cheese or a sugarfree popcicle. I have faith in you and know that you are strong enough to get thru this.
