Valerie be a little scare is normal. I had the surgery 2 month ago and I was scared too. Dr. Rodriguez is an excellent doctor adn God will guide him thrue the surgery like He did with me. Think possitive, you will see results as soon as 2 weeks after surgery. I had lost 48 pounds on my 3 weeeks post op and my 2 month I had lost 69. Think about your future and welcome to the looser side. God Bless, Iris

Valerie, I wouldn't get it a second thought, if this is something that you have look into for awhile then just leap and have faith that God will guide your Surgeons hand... I just had the Lap RNY on July 25th and I went thru the researching and wanting it but not really doing anything about it until now...I've only been out of surgery about 5 days now...and I really really feel great...Dr. Rodriguez and the hospital staff were awesome...they made sure you had everything you needed (no doubt about that). the only advise I would have for you is to be patient when you are TRYING to get your Pre-OP done othere then that it should be a breeze...pls email me if you would like to talk...WISHING YOU THE BEST HAVE A GREAT DAY.
