Hi Penny, I hope you are feeling a little better today. I haven't gotten my surgery date yet but I am sure everyone has a few regrets after going through such a monumental life change. Just try to stay positive because it will help you heal faster. And I will need some support when I go through this. Take care and think about all the positive and push the negative thoughts from your mind. Patti

I am 2 weeks post op and I PROMISE it gets better! I am just a few weeks ahead of you and understand what you are going through. Please email me if you have ANY questions or just want some sympathy! My only advise to you is make sure you have PLENTY of pain medicine before Dr.s office closes because they will NOT call in a refill after hours! Good luck and remember it will ALL be worth it! =) Jeanette

Good wishes and support are needed. I just visited Penny at the hospital and she is having a hard time. She is going thru the regret stage and is in alot of pain. I am sure it would cheer her up to here from yall. Let's show her our support. Penny, this will pass and you will do great!! You are a great person and a great friend.

I am not Penny's angel but am a friend. Her wonderful Hubby Tony just called me and said she is out of surgery and in recovery. The doctor said everything went fine and she should be home by Saturday. Penny is a wonderful woman and I am so glad I met her thru this site. Congratulations Penny On your new life!!!!

Penny may this surgical journey bring you greater health and healing.. God is so good and I pray that he watches over you and brings you to the other side without harm... Continue to look up when all you want to do is look down.. He will be there for you for he said I will never leave you nor forsake you.... Hugs
