Hi Tammy! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! Remember that we’re all family here and we’re here to give our support, lend an ear and to not judge. I pray that God will keep you close to his side as you embark on this new journey through life. You must be filled with excitement and fears, thrills, chills and wonderment. You will have your ups and downs. Remember that we are at AMOS are willing to listen and get you through all of those things. Just ask. Hi Tammy, Congrats on getting that pesky surgery "in the rear view mirror". It's a big step and you've made it. You have much to be proud of. Right now you need to be gentle with yourself and have patience. This whole recovery business takes time and nothing but time. Same with losing weight. It's hard to not want instant results. Take your liquids, protein, vitamins and exercise the very best you can and other than that...relax! I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true.
