Becky, I read your post - When feeling blue about your “slow” weight loss or a plateau, remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 82 pounds!!! Good luck!

I am thinking of you becky, I had my surgery on aug. 14th and it has been the best thing in the world for me. Just take it easy, do what the doctor says, and when it gets frustrating- HIT SOMETHING! :) smile- you are going to be a healthier person. lots of love. Karen
