I am sorry that I didn't get to post on your surgery page before you had surgery. Please accept my apology. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Put your LOVE, FAITH, and HOPE in GOD. LOVE always being the strongest of all three. He will take care of ALL your needs. Praying that your healing will be complete and swift. Be encouraged that this is the right thing for you. When tough times hit, PRAY and breathe. Be blessed Gina

I saw Debbie today and she's doing great. Heck, I walked in her room and I would have never known she had major surgery yesterday. She was off the pain medication last night and had not even had Tylenol. When I saw her she had also had a little jello and was tolerating liquids (water). Hopefully she will be able to go home tomorrow. I'm so happy all went well for her. She wanted me to say thanks for all the well wishes. Have a good evening, Deb

Just spoke with Debbie's husband, and she is doing good. Her surgery went well. She was able to have it done lap. Her pain is pretty well controlled with the PCA (happy button)and she was still prety groggy when her husband called. I'm visiting her tomorrow so I'll let everyone know more then. Thanks for posting your well wishes.

Congratulations on taking this huge step in your journey. We hope that your surgery and recovery are swift, smooth, and uneventful. It is an interesting experience and certainly not "the easy way out" of being unhealthy and obese but each day will get a little better and be further proof that you dared to dream and had the courage to act. Good luck and God bless!
