Jamie, absolutely take pictures yourself! You'll need all the proof you can get. Date the back of your pictures so you can list the dates in your insurance letter. Best of luck to you!

Jamie, I know all the feelings you are having now. I had open VBG on Sept. 29. It was the best thing I have ever done. The ng tube was in for 4 days. That is the worst part of the whole surgery. It was well worth it. I have lost 75 pounds. I think it is the best thing you can do for yourself. Please feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. God Bless
