Congrats on your upcoming surgery, and remember to listen to your doctor and make sure to drink your water. That is one of the most important things you can do. Listen to your body if it does not like food TRUST ME you will know really quick. Here's a tip I find effective, eat one bite then wait a few minutes like 5 to see how your stomach will react to it. That way if you do get sick you wont have alot to throw up. I will be praying for you. Keep me posted. {{{HUGS}}} 338/312/132

Joan!! Congrats on your upcoming surgery! I, too am having my surgery performed by Dr. Pesta. My surgery is scheduled for the 20th of this month. I wish you the best of luck on your journey. Pretty soon both of us will be on the losing side! Once again, congrats!! JLO
