Hi Rudi, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. I always say the week before surgery was harder than the week after. Nerves can do that to you. Keep it postive. That means only positive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. All the best,

Hi Rudi! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. - Zen Wisdom! May God keep you close to his side as you travel this new journey. You will have ups and downs. You will have fears and joys. Remember that we, your AMOS family, is always here for you. You will discover that this will be the singlemost BEST thing you could ever do for yourself and your family.
