When feeling blue or WHATEVER about your “slow” weight loss or a plateau, remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 87 pounds!!! Good luck!

Tonda, The "weight" is nearly over - Woooo Hooooo!! Only a few more days until you leave us pre-ops and go to the other side. May God bless you and grant wisdom to your surgical team. Save me a place on the "losing" side LOL

Tonda WOW! your day is just about here! I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions about now as the day draws nearer...... I can still remember them and I am here to tell you they are NORMAL.... so hang in there soon you will be on the losing side enjoying the positives of WLS.
