Texas people, I need names of employers that cover wls...

I have already had a lap RNY, but am wanting to get names of companies in Amarillo, Lubbock or even Dallas/Fort Worth that have good insurance that covers wls, revisions, etc. There is a chance I may need a revision and my current employer has exclusion.
