Can anyone tell me if there is a support group in Rockland County, NY?

I am scheduled for surgery Oct. 13th and I am wondering if there are any support groups in the area. My surgeon is in Westchester and the TZ Bridge is such a headache. So if anyone knows of anything, please let me know. Thanks.
