Feeling overwhelmed, needing financial / insurance advice

With a BMI in the 50's, this is something I've considered for years, hoping to do it once I got insurance (I've been mostly uninsured since my divorce 6 years ago). I'm having some health issues lately (I'm worried about heart problems among other things) and I'm trying to locate a plan under the new Healthcare.gov programs. I feel like I need an insurance that covers surgery, as I don't think I'm anywhere near able to pay out of pocket. Can anyone help? I'm in Utah, and most of the plans I'm finding exclude WLS / bariatric surgery / weight loss programs at all. I'm in my early 30's and I'm terrified that I'm going to have a heart attack or something while I keep working on it myself and waiting for insurance / the ability to pay myself.
