What weight loss expectations should I have?

I just had a revision from a horizontal stomach stapling I had in 1984 (similar to a vbg), to an rny w/ about 120 cm. (approx. 14 feet of intestines removed). My Dr. did it lap and I am doing great! Here is my question: What kind of weight loss expectations should I have? I know that it will not be as quickly as "first timers" but would like to know if someone has had a similar history. I would appreciate any info. The first surgery I had I started out at 268 lbs. This time at time of surgery I was 258. I need to lose about 100 lbs. Thanks / Patti Meadows/ e-mail: [email protected]
