Surgery is only 6 weeks away, any advice?

I got the call from my surgeon's office today. The insurance company has finally approved my surgery and a date has been set, 7/10/00! That isn't much time from now, any advice? I would like to find out what you all consider high priorities. Thanks and YIPPEE!!
