Question:
I need the name of a good, quiet, clean and reasonable motel in the

area near Cypress Fairbanks hospital in Houston. I will be having surgery on Feb 5, but will need a motel that does weekly rates from Feb 4-12 for me and my parents. We are from Amarillo, so we don't know the area well. Anyone know of a good, weekly-rate motel in that area? I was thinking of using the Intown Suite motel. Hi, I'm visiting my family who live in that area. Do you know what street Cypress Fairbanks hospital is on? I'll do some research for you. I do know that there is a weekly hotel that opened last year on Hwy 6.

Why don't you call your surgeon's office and ask them. My surgeon's nurse gave me a list of nearby motels and if I told them I was a patient, I got a discount. I ended up staying at the hospital's hospitality house for $10/person/nite. Check and see if your hospital has such accommodations. Best wishes to you.

If you can't find a weekly you may want to try Priceline I already have my room near the hospital in Downers Grove Il and was placed at a Hyatt for $28 a night. You can can get information at www.biddingfortravel.com just be aware you pay upfront and can not change or cancel if your bid is accepted. I have stayed at wonderful hotels for a fraction of the cost using Priceline. Good Luck.
