Help customizing profiles

I got some html tags, but sure don't see how I can insert them to change anything on my page. :(

I am the poster. Are HTML tags all that we can use? How do you get the flowery, silky, lacy backgrounds? How do we get music (that scares you to death when you realize the speakers were all the way up)? How can I get flying angels? Maybe you can help Daniel too.
