Question:
Is it possible to return to work 2 wks Post-op after surgery including the gall blad

You don't say whether you're having it lap, or what kind of work you do, so that makes a difference. I was back to work on day 11 after lap RNY and was fine (desk job).

I had lap Rny and was back to work on day 14 with no problems other than getting tired easily. I had lap gall bladder surgery last year, and I only took 3 days off of work. I am a nurse and do some walking but no heavy lifting or anything. Hope this helps!

I was back at work 11 days after Open RNY/Gallbladder removal. I could NOT stand being at home...there's only so much TLC TV I can watch!

I returned to work 7 days after my surgery for 4 hours aday, and the following week, back full time.Hope you can do as well also.
