can we use TRIM-SPA . i am stuck at a plateau again

Three months ago, I tried trim spa--big mistake ! I believe it gave me an ulcer. I never checked with my doc. before or after, but I've been treating my stomache aches with ranitidine- it,s taken this long to feel better. Please check with your dr. FIRST !! LUCK TO ALL.
