How do I get one of those pretty journal pages?

Send an email to [email protected]. They do a GREAT job. When you email tell them what color or theme you'd like. The person who is going to fix it up for you will email you and ask for your name and password so they can go into your profile and do the html stuff. I'm pretty sure they are very busy, so be patient. It is really worth it. I love what they did with mine.
