Question:
Do you have a copy of the spreadsheet that I sent to you?

Over the past 2 years, I have distributed an Excel spreadsheet to help monitor the progress of an individual. I cannot seem to locate the original spreadsheet and was hoping that someone could send me a copy of theirs so that I can make some changes and improvements to it.
