Question:
Why is my name and password not working to open up my profile?

I keep trying to get into my profile to make some changes, but it is not recognizing my name and password in order to enter. However, I am able to post an answer to someone's questions using it...just not to get into my profile. It's strange! Can anyone help? Thanks a bunch! (Hugs)    — Renee B. (posted on July 14, 2004)

I emailed them for help, I was having the same problems a few weeks back. I was told to refresh the screen and try again (which I had done). Anyways, the next time I tried it worked! You may just need to email them for help.
