Question:
Has anyone taken Aetna to court after a second denial and won?

I have been denied twice because of an exclusion, met the criteria before the implemented exclusion, they processed after and now we have a hearing. Has anyone had a similiar situation and gotten WLS approved?    — neicey (posted on May 11, 2005)
