Question:
noticing any weight loss surgery cycle changes?

Oh yes! One month I did not even get one...all your hormones and such are
all screwed up! You have to let it get back to normal and it will after a
few months.

I guess I should add that before my surgery I had never been irregular

I was irregular before surgery and 2 months out I am back to a regular
cycle

Hi! I am 16 months out and was peri menopausal before surgery. After losing
x amount of pounds I noticed my monthly coming at a regular time...I never
have been regular...I was told that hormones are stored in our fat and when
we lose weight it releases them back into our system..making someone
menopausal able to get pregnant etc. I even lost some gray hair and was
almost like a 20 yr old again. But now, this far out and having met goal at
10 months I am starting to go irregular and I see more gray again...(sigh)
I can do without the cycle, but the gray....lol anyways, it does work
itself out. Good luck with it all and congrats on getting this far! hugs,

I am 53 and was regular before surgery which was July of 08, had a period
in sept and oct. but not one since, not breaking my heart at all. Good Luck
with your new journey.
