Question:
What is the job of an angel to one going for WLS?

An Angel is some one who has gone through the surgery and can offer support. Whether it me visiting them in the hospital if they are in the same town if not, communicating by phone , email or letter, answering any questions they might have. Sometimes they even send little gifts if they want. I send a pair of heart socks to the person I am an angel for. Basically it is a personal support person. Natalie

I was a angel before I had WLS, so its not limited to post ops.
