Question:
Has anyone scrapbooked your weight loss journey and have any examples to share?

Hi all! I am almost at my 1 year mark (9/8/09) - lap band patient. At this point, I'm so excited to say that I've almost reached my goal that I set for my self of 100 pounds! I've lost 95 at this point and will hopefully hit 100 soon... I've taken pictures every month to the day of my surgery and am now thinking about putting a scrapbook together to document my journey. If anyone has done any scrapbooking to document this amazing journey, I'd love to take a peek if you wouldn't mind sharing. We're heading on a cruise to Bermuda to celebrate and I'll be there on my actual anniversary - what better way to celebrate how amazing this has been!!! Thank you all! Best wishes!    — Lisa B. Yes I have documented my weightloss Journey. I have lost 275 pounds. So you can either go to my page or I have it posted on my facebook page at www.facebook.com/kemalani. I also have been published in the sept/oct 2009 issue of Obesity help magazine. Also I am published in a Book called "How To Jump From a Ferris Wheel and Land on Your Feet Volume 4. The Volume 5 of the Ferris Wheel Series will be coming out shortly and all my inspirational poems will be published in that Volume. You can contact me at [email protected] if you should have any questions. I am 5 years postop. Kemalani

I posted pictures on my OH site under Martchantilly for every 3 months, lapband, from when I weighed 287 down to 135. I am a bit of a pix idiot, so just when I have the pix straight, I go away and come back and they are weird again. I don't know why. [email protected]

Hi! Congrats on your up-coming anniversary and on your weight loss! I am 2 wks post op and have lost 17lbs so far. I had RNYGB on 8/16. I was going to start scrapbooking, but after going to a local craft store's scrapbook "department", I was feeling overwhelmed. I have always kept a journal, so I have started putting the fun stickers and things I want to make memories of in there (hospital bracelets, etc.) I also have a youtube channel and am keeping a blog on here and on blogger. Hope that helps! Have fun in Bermuda!!
