Question:
with a TT, did anyone lose the fat roll in their back underneath the bra strap?

I had a full circle TT or body lift. The incision goes all the way around. Yes, this took care of the fat underneath my bra strap.

Just with a TT..no. It does nothing to pull the skin up on your back. Thankfully I lost mine before I had my TT. I guess you would have to go for the total body lift or lipo for the back. Good luck.. Julie S.
