Question:
Weight Loss Expo

I was just wondering if anyone went to a Weight Loss Expo? There is one on November 8th and 9th in Novi MI that I found the info in the OH Magazine. I am just curious to hear from people if they went to one if it was worth it? To me it kind of seems like it is for people who want to lose weight I do want to lose weight and learn more ways to lose weight but I had the Lapband over a year ago so I was just curious if they are also trying to help people who allready had a surgery?    — AngelKay34 (posted on October 28, 2008)

I cant answer your question but I do have two free tickets to the one in Novi. I had sent for the ticket and didn't realize they would send me 4 and I only needed 2. Email address if you need them.

mostly you will find information on weight loss products and proceedures like the one you had, but there will be some information on excercise physiology and different excercise programs. information on healthy eating and dietary and vitamin supplements. you may find some good info there. if you live close it would be something to do for a day
