The only one I was afraid to try pre-op was the rocket ship one ... I can't remember the name of it - it's like the Flying Dumbo ride but with rocket ships. lol. And I won't go on Star Tours because I was with a boyfriend once and had to have an attendant help me with my seatbelt because I was too fat to buckle it myself. Talk about humiliating! But other than that, I have had NO problems on ANY of the rides I went on pre-op ... And I've been overweight most of my life. Last time I was there, I was actually at my highest weight ever.

I was just there this past February. I had lost about 90lbs at that point but I am still big. I was pretty skeptical about getting on the rides till my friend insisted that Disneyland has taken into consideration people who are bigger. So I went on most of them and I have to say I fit them all with no problems. I am talking about the adult rides only of course. At that point I weighed about 290lbs.

I went to disneyland after i weighed about 155 mabye a little less. Last time i was at Disneyland before that i was well over 200lbs. My point is things feel a lot diffrent where as before i fit in very tightly and did not move around, this time i felt like i was going to fall out . I think i felt safer being big.

I went last month & had problems, but not with the rides. We were on a meal plan. I was eating more, eating more meat, & eating later. I didnt realize at first that this was the reason I didnt feel well. Dont eat too late. Dont forget to drink....Dont eat so heavy at night! Have fun....great exercise, lots of walking. Have fun

I went to Great America when I weighed 280 pounds and had to get off the roller coaster because I didn't fit in the seatbelt. It was so humiliating and I was so ashamed. I went to Disneyland last weekend and even at 140 pounds felt anxious about getting on rides..of course, I was fine but I think the fear of being embarassed may never go away!

Thank you so much for your replies and encouragement. We will be going after Thanksgiving, I will be working on losing more weight and not eat so much when I'm there :o)
