another stepping stone
figured some of you may not have read my first question. so i decided to clue you in. i went to the dr. today, and beleive me, i wish i could tell you that it was all mental, or hormones, or being constipated or whatever. but it is not good. they found a growth on my sassofrillia(?) i know it's not spelled correctly but oh well. i was complaining of a 5 lb. weight gain, and it actually is 10. my body is holding fluid. will be doing more tests on thurs. i also want to tell valerie i am sorry for being so short, this is not me, i apologize for that. hope you will all keep me in your prayer's. i am going through alot right now. and you asked me how old i am;49. god bless you all. — kimcrain (posted on November 17, 2008)

I'm not sure what sassofrillia is supposed to be...The only thing I could
think of that came close is sacro illiac joint maybe?? Can you give us a
better idea of the location? Maybe that will help.

Hey Kim,
I'm sorry you are going through so much right now. I'm a nurse and I have
no idea of what you are talking about, but, more importantly, hearing you
have a growth anywhere is a very scary thing. You will soon know the
answers and good or bad, at least you will know what you are dealing with
and that's the first step. Please try not to get too far ahead of yourself
and don't worry until you have to. Deal with the issues day by day as they
come up with the support of family, friends and us. We are here for you.

I'm so sorry you're having to go through this right now. It must be pretty
discouraging to be gaining weight, but at least you have some idea what may
be causing it now. God will get you through this! And of course I will be
keeping you in my prayers. Keep us posted.
