I use low fat small curd. And still lose weight on it. I put a couple of slices of no sugar added peaches in it, have that for breakfast sometimes. I usually only have about a fourth of a cup. It is a good source of protein.

Here in CA, it is on the store shelves with the boxes of soy milk and rice milk. Trader Joe's - if you havce one - is a good source for any of those. Whole foods Market also carries it, and yes, it is made from almonds.

Sorry! I go away on the weekends where I give up all electronics, TV, computers, cell phones and live in the woods 3-4 days of my week...You can find Almond milk in the health food section in cartons with soy and rice milk...Here's what it looks like: http://www.bluediamond.com/shop/natural/almondBreeze32.cfm
