HELLO TO ALL JUST A QUICK UPDATE 6 MONTHS OUT AND I FEEL SO GREAT I JUST CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH WENT TODAY FOR MY CHECK-UP AND THE DOCTOR AND NURSE WAS SO HAPPY JUST KEPT SAYING NANCY YOU LOOK GREAT WE I SHOULD I HAVE LOST 85PDS.
