Question:
has anyone had a slipped band fixed without surgery?

Yes. I haven't had this happen, but I know some posters on another board who have "healed" their slipped bands by going unfilled anywhere from six weeks to eight months (!) . They report it wasn't easy to lose restriction, but it was worth it when the band repositioned itself. After this happens, they had to be extra-vigilant maintaing healthy restriction to avoid it happening again. Hope this helps.

Hi I'm goign threw the same thing. I had the band slip but my doctor thought it would be best to have the surgery, What did yours say?
