Question:
suggestions on what to

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to eat and how much at each meal for someone 10 weeks out who had RNY surgery.? I'm tired of having the same thing over and over.    — cuppaloopy (posted on March 17, 2010)

Well I am 9 weeks out and I have been dieing for salad. So I take tomato, cucumber, low fat cheese, deli turky or ham, and chop it up and make me a salad. Also Turkey meatloaf with gravy and alittle mash pot. I like eating shrimp on good days just broiled with some spray butter. Also stuffed mushrooms with some turkey and vegies. And i make chili with turkey as well lots of good beans! I am always trying to find new things to eat as well. But i can't handle chicken anymore makes me sick and so does eggs. Keep eyes open here alot of posts like this and ppl post diffrent things. Goodluck with your new life!

You won't believe what I did once. I had a Lean Cuisine salmon dinner - veggies and all. I don't particularly like salmon but I know it has a lot of protein. So I cooked the dinner and threw the whole thing in a blender and pureed it. It looked weird but I was able to eat some for about 2-3 meals.
