You can always add or dilute your Protein shakes/drinks. Like the above post you can add juice, you can also add spenda if you like. Just be sure you drink a whole bottle each day if you are trying to get a whole 40 grams from a protein drink.

You can dilute Isopure, but I am not sure why you would. It will take more to drink to get the same protein. When I drink something I don't like, I chase it with something I do like to get rid of the after taste. I don't drink protein any more, but if I did, I would have to chase it with something else. I did drink Isopure, it was the best I had found, but it still had an after taste that I didn't like :(. Hope you find a good middle ground for your problem. Thanks. Patricia P.

I use an empty 1 liter water bottle -- pour the Isopure in that and top it off with water. It takes me an entire day to drink it; however, I'm getting other protein in in between time. Now I can drink it straight from the bottle. It's an aquired taste. This week I move to solid foods -- this should be interesting.

Hi, like everyone else- I mix the isopure- I add V8 splash, minute maid light cherry lime, all kinds of stuff because I can't stand the same ol same ol. I have tried all the isopure flavors and my favorites are the ones that mix with the most flavors i like- but i switch them . The nicest thing is I can sip them all morning and don't have to worry that I am getting too much protien at any one time. Drinking these and adding tofu and other soy and bean products do the best for me. This once all meat or die person has now become almost a complete vegetarian. I do eat eggs, a little chicken and a little fish- raelly I just taste a bite here and there. But I don't get sick or have stomach pains. I try to stay on a low glycemic diet so I don't overdo the sugar balance either and I am rarely hungry.
