Question:
Have you made it hot

I am looking for a good powder to make into a hot chocolate in the winter. Have you heated the Body Fortress?    — PSparks000 (posted on January 4, 2009)

I use 100% Whey poweder from GNC. It is the only flavorless powder that I have found that doesn't loose its nutritional value when you heat it up.

I use Body Fortress to make coco all the time. Here's what I do. Take about 6 oz of skim milk and heat it to hot, NOT BOILING in the microwave. Take 2 ounces of cold skim milk and mix in magic bullet or blender with one scoop of Body Fortress chocolate until smooth. Then add the very warm milk and mix briefly. ENJOY!

Nectar Chocolate Truffle is delicious cold in just water, I'm sure it would be good made with hot water. And, it has 12 grams of protein.

I use Body Fortress chocolate dna No Sugar Added hot chocolate together. They key is to first put you're protein powder & hot chocolate in your cup together and add enough room temperature water to mix it with then you pour in the hot water and there's no lumps. Don't pour hot water in first or you will have a lumpy drink that's not worth drinking.
