Question:
Examples of letters for abdominalplasty

What I did was every time I had a rash I would go to the doctor and I also went to the Dermatologist several times. They would prescribe things for me that did not work due to the skin on skin. Once while I was at the dermatologists I asked if a tummy tuck would help and he said yes of course. I asked him to note that in my chart. I have Premera Blue cross. I got approval from them eventually, but it took a lot of documentation both before weight loss and after.

I had mine done Feb. 25 you shoyuld also complain about lower back pain.
