coffee and creamer

I was told as long as it's decaf coffee that it's fine.

as long as you can tolerate it, should be fine.i had coffee on my 4th day out.

Also be careful about the type of creamer you use. The suger content!

My surgery was Nov 23. My notes said I could have one cup of coffee each day. I had the first one today 9 days out but when I called my friend this morning she said it is way too soon. I will talk to my nutrit. tomorrow.

I was told coffee is ok, but instead of creamer, try some flavored protein powders like the lattes and such from bariatriceating.com I hear they are delicious! And a great way to get more protein in!
