Question:
testing

I have completed all of my test except for the cardio and thoracic. Can someone please tell me what is involved with these 2 test Thanks for any and all and help    — sawwas (posted on August 8, 2008)

I took my echocardigram 3 weeks ago and consulted with the cardioligist. Thats all I had to do. Everybody is different. Good Luck to you. Darlene Roeth.

It generally depends on your age, but it could just be an ECHO, which is an ultrasound of the heart, or they could do a stress test. There are different types of stress tests--the treadmill or chemical. The bottom line here--they see how your heart reacts when you stress it with exercise or drugs.
