I live in Bardstown, and I can't find one either. Passport will not do it, neither will my Medicaid.

ck with behaverail health at your local hopsital they word the billing differnt so that insurance will pay for it sorry i knwo i spelled wornf but ck hospital for the evlauation thats what i had to do samantha

i have medicaid and i went to behavrael health at my local hosp adn the word it differnt for billign so that you can have it done so try your local hospital if they have behaveral medicain there and try
