I'm 15 weeks out and I have lost 62 lbs. I think how much you lost pre-op
also has an effect on how fast you lose post-op. I lost 100 lbs pre-op
(took 9 months) and I think my post-op loss has been slower than some. I
think there is alot of initial weight you lose (water, etc?) when you first
start an intense diet. Everyone is different, from loss rate to recovery
experience to what makes you dump (or not dump) afterwards. It's all good
and it's all progress.

I am at 5 months post RNY and have lost about 78 lbs plus another 13 before
I had my surgery. So a total of 91 lbs since I started my journey. Hope
to lose another 50. Then I will be at my goal weight of 145.

I will be 5 months out this saturday and I have lost a total of 85lbs since
my surgery date in january, overall a total loss of 106lbs

hi,I had RNY ON 2/11/09 I have lost 83 lbs since surgery but I have 100 lbs
all together.

I am 14 weeks out and have lost 54 pounds. However, I lost 26 pounds
before surgery, so that makes a total of 80 pounds.

Hi,Iam 15monts out for a toltal of 124lbs,I started at 276.But my downm
size to this I have became anorexia,depressed,and suffer with pain in my
upper abd,right shoulder blade pain which I had my gallbladder removed for
that but still hav epain all the time.I ben treated for ulcer,been dilated
2or3 time,had export.sugery,egd some many i've lost count.My surgeon want
to rev.my surgery but i really dont want to go that way.Do anyone
understant what this is like.
