It just depends I was a 44DD and now I am 38DD and I am down 96lbs. You can have some of mine if you would like.

Sure it does. They're mainly fatty tissue, and you've had the surgery to loose fat. My wife also had the surgery, and she too has "lost weight there".

I am only 10 weeks out and have lost 33 lbs, but I still wear the same bra. The difference is it doesn't hurt and I have it in the tightest hooks. I think they look bigger becuase everything else is so much smaller. Hope it stays that way. Pat

From the women I've talked to on this very subject... "ALOT" does not even come close to what the reduction is *usually. I'm sure it is not always true of everyone. For me, I'm 7 weeks out and already I don't recognize the girls!

I am actually going to see my doctor about this soon because I've lost in my cup size while my inches around aren't that much different. Now my breast all LONG! Before the fat held them up (just a little) and now the hang (right out of my bra when ever I move). If it doesn't cost too much try to see a plastic surgeon in person to discuss all body options. If not use a internet search to help you find online sites for plastic surgeons that give detailed pictures and explanations of procedures. But in answer to your question. Yes, when you lose weight your breast size reduces and most times they reduce by alot when you've lost alot of weight. I've heard more times than not from WLS patients who've gone from Triple and Double sizes to B and A cups.... Save some money cause you'll be bra shopping soon! BEST of luck with all. Tiffany

YES..... at least in some women, I was told it depends on if yours were fat or muscle.. I went from a 42-44 DDD to 38dd and I am still losing. I am remembering the song, do your boobs hang low, can you tie them in a bow, can you tie them in a knot, can you throw them over your shoulder.. do your boobs hang low.. lol,, umm yep... good luck...

Oh lordy honey, YES!!! My My actual bra (band) size went from a 40 to a 36 and the cup size......I'm another one that went from a full C to an A. They look like two empty tube socks swinging in the breeze! I may never be able to afford any surgery for implants, or for the needed circumfrential lower body lift I need, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I agree with one of the posters that said they look like empty tube sock flapping in the breeze, ROFL!!! Mine were never big, but they were a C. Then they were just flaps of lose saggy skin. So I had to get implants. Which filled them right up, and they are perfect:) They were originally going to do a lift, but the implant took them right up where they needed to be.

I am 16 months out, down 177lbs and went from a 48D to a 36A and the A only because of the skin. I see a plastic surg on the 16th but insurance will only pay for a lift and I need more added so I don't know what will happen.

I can't speak for others, but I'm 9 months out and have lost over 120 lbs. and went from 44 DD to a 36 DD. I didn't lose anything in the cup size. I do believe everyone is different you'll just have to wait and see what happens.

I never thought I would be upset to lose the girls because they were always huge!!! (I am only 4'11"). When I started out they were a tight 44DD and now almost 8 months later they are barely a 36C. Gosh do I miss them! Like the other, they are just long flat tube socks swaying in the breeze!!! LOL . I think they bother me even more than my flabby tummy! I'm definitely going to have to have something done with them!
